Our Products
Fresh Meat & Poultry
We stock only quality Lincolnshire beef, pork and lamb from local farms. Most of our meat is from our local abattoir Lincolnshire Premier Meats in Skegness, 13 miles away, who in turn source it from local farms, most of whom are members of the Lincolnshire Quality Beef, Pork & Lamb scheme.
Our quality poultry is sourced from Ruskington Poultry near Sleaford and we sell whole chicken, either free range or barn reared, together with chicken fillets, diced chicken and chicken strips.
Ham & Bacon
We have a wide selection of quality ham and bacon. We dry-cure much of our bacon ourselves, in the old fashioned way, by rubbing salt and cure into the meat. This ensures that the product is not salty, and more importantly your frying pan is not swimming in that frothy white stuff, so often found in supermarket bacon. However, we do have to buy in some bacon from other quality English Bacon suppliers, due to the nature of the product and the time constraints on our staff.
Sausages
Many of our fantastic range of sausages are prize winners, they are made by using only the best cuts of meat, fresh herbs and seasonings where possible, and all our sausages are linked by hand using natural pig and sheep casings. Many of our sausages are International and National award winners.
Pies and Pastries
Our selection of award winning puff pastry pies are all made on the premises in our kitchen, using the best quality hand-diced meat and the finest ingredients including delicious home-made gravy. Our pies include Steak and Stilton, Steak, Wine and Mushroom, Steak, Steak and Kidney, Steak and Ale, and Steak and Onion and Chicken and Mushroom to name but a few. We also make our own Lincolnshire Pork Pie and Game Pie, Pasties, Sausage Pies, and Sausage Rolls.
Our award winning pork pie is made from deliciously seasoned minced Lincolnshire pork, encased in a crisp home made hot water crust pastry.
Ready Meals
All our ready meals are made on the premises and use only the finest ingredients and many are European and National award winners. We offer game (only available during the shooting and game season), vegetarian, chicken, pork, lamb and beef ready meals. Please visit our shop for a wide and varied selection of meals ready made for you to simply heat through at home, many of which can be cooked straight from frozen.
Barbeque Specials
In the season we make a huge selection of BBQ style meats, burgers, kebabs and marinated meats, using only the finest cuts of beef, pork, lamb and poultry they ideal for your barbeque. However, if the weather turns nasty, just pop them under the grill or in the oven.
Cooked Meats
We have a large range of cooked meats which are all prepared in our kitchen, there are two types of ham, one of which is our Gold Award Honey Roast, Roast Beef, Turkey, Tongue plus others, but we must not forget to mention our Lincolnshire Stuffed Chine and Award Winning Lincolnshire Haslet.
Puddings, Tarts and Plum Bread
We sell traditional Lincolnshire Plum Bread from Myers in Horncastle, Cartmel Sticky Toffee Puddings from Cumbria and delicious home-made puddings and tarts made by ourselves.
Jams and Pickles
We also sell our own label top quality jams, marmalades, curds, pickles and chutneys which are all made for us, all of which are of a very high quality, and which would grace any table.
