We use only the best packaging here at Simons as we feel our packaging should reflect the quality of food inside, so we use the very best insulated boxes inside which the products are wrapped in bubble wrap and then kept cool with Sorbafreeze ice-packs.We then take your products, as late as we can in the day, to the delivery depot.

Your order will then travel through the night to reach its destination the next day. Please note that, unfortunately, we cannot specify a delivery time for your order, but in most instances, we have found deliveries are usually made before midday.

Over 10 kg and for every subsequent 1 kg will be an additional charge of 30p per kg.

We are very sorry but at the present time we can only deliver to mainland United Kingdom.

We provide a local personal delivery service with our own vehicle to customers living within the PE23 postcode area for a charge of £5.00.

Local personal deliveries take place weekly and we will notify you by telephone the day before delivery is made.
